He received a public school education. Later he entered Cornell University as an architectural student, graduated with the class of 1890
He went to New York for supplementary training in professional offices. In a subsequent period he was associated with the late Robert Gibson for five years.
Early in the century Mr. Fallows established an office in Minneapolis and continued practice for more than two decades. Among his various works were: the Devonshire Apartments, 1919; First National Savings Bank, 1920; Hennepin County Savings Bank, 1924, and the Eagle Lodge, all in Minneapolis.
