Studied at Victoria College, Jersey. Pembroke College, Oxford.
Career
Deacon, 1874; has held in succession the Rectories of St. John, St. Mary, and St. Saviour in the Island of Jersey. Vice-Dean of Jersey since 1898. A member of the States of Jersey, and has been on several occasions deputed by that body to represent them before His Majesty’s Privy Council. Canon of Winchester.
