Career
In all, he played in nine first-class cricket matches for Surrey County Cricket Club between 1890 and 1892, scoring 185 runs at an average of 15.41. He also played for Cambridge University and Marylebone Cricket Club. He worked as Her Majesty Inspector of Schools from 1898 to 1919.
Edward Streatfeild died on 22 August 1932 at Esperance, Eastbourne, Sussex, aged 62.
