Allen, Edward Anthony was born on March 20, 1943 in Kingston, Jamaica. Son of Daniel Emmanuel and Joyce Hope (Gunning) Allen.

Director Bethel Baptist Healing Ministry, Jamaica, 1975-1986, Bethel Baptist Healing Ministry, Clinical & Preventative Services, Kingston, Jamaica, 1987-1990.
