Principal staff consultant, legal adviser Congressional Aviation Policy Board, also President’s Air Policy Commission, 1947-1948. Aviation counsel, member professional staff Senate Interstate and Foreign Commerce Committee, 1949-1955. General counsel General Services Administration, 1956-1958.

Extensive travel and exploration throughout world, since 1926, including expeditions throughout Africa south of The Sahara, 1951-1952, 53, 55, S.
