Elected, 1891, vice president National Malleable Castings Company, now National Malleable and Steel Castings Company, with headquarters in Cleveland, Chairman of the Board same, since 1913.

Director By-Products Coke Corporation (Chicago), Eastern Malleable Iron Company.
