President, Abrams Industries, Inc., Atlanta, 1953-1995; Chairman, Board Of Directors, Abrams Industries, Inc., 1995-1998; chairman of the executive committee, Abrams Industries, Inc., since 1998. Member of faculty University of Shopping Centers, Georgia advisory board Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.


Member interreligious affairs committee American Jewish Committee, since 1969, chairman Atlanta chapter, 1971-1973, member national task force on social club discrimination. Member advisory council College Arts and Letters, University Notre Dame, since 1972, chairman, 1977-1978. Co-chairman Georgia region National Conference of Christians and Jews, 1977-1978.
