Joined with Professor William H. Burr, of Columbia, in competing for design for new memorial bridge across Potomac River at Washington, winning 1st prize, 1900. Won the first prize in competition for the Grant monument, in Washington, 1902.
Architect of the Memorial Continental Hall and Connecticut Avenue Viaduct, Commodore Barry monument, Washington, District of Columbia, also of New York State monuments on battlefields of Antietam and Gettysburg.
