Career

In practice at Riverside, California, 1892-1895. Appointed Government physical, Hawaii, 1895. Medical superintendent Koloa Government Hospital.

Attending surgeon Malulani and Eleeie hospitals. Delegate International Congress on Inebriety, London, 1909. Appointed by President Taft, delegate to International Congress on Leprosy, Norway, 1909, and as special representative of Hawaii, by governor, to same congress.

Delegate Medico-Legal Congress, Brussels, 1909. Was acting assistant surgeon United States Public Health and Marine Hospital Service, 1900-1904. Founder first school of health for mothers, 1892.
