Sister Ruth Kokko recently completed a genealogical study. Father Edward Senior, according to a 1908 issueof the Spaulding Baseball Guide, was once the manager of the Hartford (Connecticut) Crusaders.
He started in the newspaper business with the Hartford Courant and ended his career as a linotype operator with the Lawrence Evening Tribune and the Boston Globe.
