Greeley, Edwin Seneca was born on May 20, 1832 in at Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. Son of Seneca and Priscilla (Fields) Greeley.

Education

Settled in New Haven, Connecticut, 1855. Learned machinist’s trade and locomotive building.
