Worked at Asahi Chuo General Law & Accounting Office (Osaka) specializing in Tax Law, Corporate Law, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Patent and Trademark Law, International Transactions. The Asahi Chuo General Law & Accounting Office was the first organization in Japan to offer a combined practice in legal and tax-related matters. Our firm"s accounting department consists of both Certified Public Accountants and Licensed Tax Accountants.
Thus, we are able to offer not only legal services, but also accounting and tax-related services, including the preparation of tax returns.

Firm members have authored various publications, including our ten-volume "Practical Real Estate Tax Law," "Practical Counselling for Stockholder"s Representative Action," "Practical Counselling for Products Liability Law in Japan," and "Legal and Accounting Manual for Doing Business in Japan," and are currently working on manuscripts of future publications as well.
