She married secondly, after 1557, Sir Henry Ughtred, (1533 – 1598), the son of Sir Anthony Ughtred, Governor of Jersey and Elizabeth Seymour, daughter of Sir John Seymour of Wulfhall, Savernake, Wiltshire and Margery Wentworth.
