Education

Studied at private school. Liverpool College Commenced life as clerk in insurance office. At 23 articled to a solicitor.

Passed final examination of the Law Society with first-class honours, winning Law Society prize, 1899. In practice as solicitor at Carnarvon, Bethesda, and Penygroes, 1899. Partner in firm of Ellis Davies, Jones and Jones.

Commissioner for Oaths.

Career

Member of Carnarvon County Council. Governor of North Wales University College, and of University College of Wales. M. P. Liberal Southern or Eivion Div. of Carnarvonshire since 1906.
