Engineer, bureau of public works. Councilman, La Paz; founder, professor., dean, faculty of exact sciences. University de San Andrés, founder of the university library, pres, of the university in 1929.

Minister of public edn., 1930. Professor., Escuela de Arquitectura. Among many professional works, has designed and built the stadium of La Paz, and the Banco Central building.
