Roeske and her brother have studied karate all their lives, and in 1998 she became The Number.
Career
She is best known for her role as Sophie Piper in the Disney Channel Original Movies: Halloweentown (film), Halloweentown II: Kalabar"s Revenge, and Halloweentown High. Life & She is the youngest child of James Paul Roeske Senior and Ellie Roeske. The same year she costarred in 3 Ninjas: High Noon at Mega Mountain and Halloweentown (film).
In 1999, she appeared on Emergency, in the episode "Leave it to Weaver".
In 2001 she reprised her role as Sophie in the second installment of Halloweentown, Halloweentown II: Kalabar"s Revenge. In 2004, she reprised the role a final time in Halloweentown High, this would be her final movie.
After the completion of the film she decided to retire from acting. On April 21, 2013, Roeske married Mitch Chapman.
As of 2013, she has become a fifth-degree black belt and a former kick boxer.
