Sister of the late George West. Perkins. Educated Central High School, Cleveland, 1880-1885. Founder, 1922, and correspondent secretary of the Hymn Society “to promote the production and use of better hymns and tunes in church worship.” Composer of music appearing in Presbyterian and other hymnals.
