Education
In 1930 he graduated from the Engineering Department at Tokyo University.
Career
After university he entered the International Telegraph and Telephone Co. When the company merged into the Gov’t’s Communication Dep't after the war, he joined Radio Tokyo (1952). In 1953 he went to America to study the television situation.
