Endo Ryusaku

Background

Endo Ryusaku was born in Saitama Prefecture in 1886.

Education

Endo Ryusaku graduated from the German Law Course of Tokyo University.

Career

He was secretary of the Government-general of Korea, Governor of Aomori and Mie Prefectures, president of Musashino Railway Co., Ltd. Again became governor of Kanagawa and Aichi Prefectures. He served as minister of the General Affairs Board of the Manchoukuo Gov’t, and as Secretary-general of Political Affairs, Government-general of Korea. After World War II, was purged. After being depurged became president of Toho Construction Co. and he was elected member of the House of Representatives.
