Inaugurated the chair of Spanish-American Studies in Madrid at the invitation of the Committee of Cultural Relations of that city, 1929.
Engineer of the Ministry of Public Works for more than 20 years. Author of numerous works, including Introducción filosófica a las teorías de la relatividad, which merited a national prize of 20,000 pesos.
