She is known for her role as Doctor Lola Spratt on the Adult Swim comedy Childrens Hospital. In 2012, she had her first feature film role in the black comedy lieutenant"s a Disaster. In 2005 Hayes appeared as chef Becky Sharp on FOX"s short-lived Kitchen Confidential.
On May 16, 2007, the series was officially cancelled.
She played the role of Melanie Clayton on the Columbia Broadcasting System comedy series Worst Week. The series was an Americanized version of the British comedy The Worst Week of My Life.
In the 2008-2009 television season, the show aired Monday nights at 9:30 Prime Minister ET on Columbia Broadcasting System following Two and a Half Men. Hayes is co-starring in the upcoming second season of Hulu"s reality television parody series The Hotwives (now titled The Hotwives of Las Vegas), a new addition to cast in the new Las Vegas-set season, premiering on August 18, 2015.
