Career
He has been the head coach for the DePaul Blue Demons softball team for 34 years, starting in the position in 1979. As of May 2015, he ranked seventh in wins in the history of college softball. He has been inducted into the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Hall of Fame.
Lenti resides on the north side of Chicago.
Daughter Ali played for the DePaul softball team as an outfielder from 2012 to 2015, compiling a.278 batting average and scoring 42 runs in 151 at bats. Daughter Gena also plays as an outfielder for the DePaul softball team, having completed her junior season in 2015.
