GOES, Eva Christina was born on July 4, 1947 in Umeà, Vàsterbotten, Sweden. Daughter of Bertil Andersson and Magnhild Andersson (née Slettvoll).

Substitute deputy, Board of Local Government, Hârnôsand, 1982-1988. Council, 1985-1988; Chairwoman and treasurer, Hârnôsand Green Party, 1982-1987. Regional representative for Vasternorrland and member Green Party political committee, 1983-1988.

She was a member of the Riksdag 1988-1991 and 1994-1998 representing Stockholm Municipality and member of the Education (1988-1991) and the Commerce (1994-1998) committees. Goës is a member of the city council of Härnösand since 1998. She was member of the county council of Västernorrland 1998-2006.
