Evan Oliphant is a Scottish bicycle racer from Wick in Caithness, riding for Team Raleigh since 2012, having spent the previous three seasons with Endura Racing.

Oliphant represented Scotland on the track and in the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne on the road.
