Birch, de Jongh, Hindels & Hall was founded in 1956 by Everett B. Birch and John M. Maduro. Later, John P. de Jongh, Alexander A. Farrelly, James H. Hindels and Samuel H. Hall, Junior became partners in the firm.
John M. Maduro left in 1964 to become President of the Virgin Islands Legislature.
And Alexander A. Farrelly left in 1987 to become Governor of the Virgin Islands. The firm offers a general commercial, complex litigation practice, particularly in the fields of commercial law, banking, real estate, corporate law with concentration in Foreign Sales Corporations and probate.
