1982 – graduated from Moscow Institute of Electronic Engineering, majoring in micro processors and their systems
2001 – graduated from NSEAD Business school (France), Programme for top executives.
2008 – graduated from Institute for Management Development Business school (Switzerland), Program of “Innovative business management”.
Evgeni Utkin has been awarded (by the state) the special title of ‘Outstanding Employee of the Ukrainian Industry’, and given an honorary certificate by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. From 1998 till 2001 Evgeni Utkin held the position of the Chairman of the Council of Entrepreneurs under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. In 1997 he was pronounced Ukrainian “Businessman of the Year”. In 2007 Utkin became a laureate of the “TOP-10 managers of Russia”. He has also organized numerous educational and cultural projects: the Gogolfest festival of modern art, the “Jazz in Kiev” jazz festival and the “MasterKlass” Cultural and al Centre. Married with four children. Interests: jazz, art, travelling, sports.
