He graduated only two classes after nine before the war.
From 1949 to 1951 he worked as a foreman on the farm "New Way", then he was elected as a secretary of the Komsomol organization.
From 1951 to 1954 he served in the Soviet Army and also was a secretary of the Komsomol organization and then he joined the Communist Party.
In 1957 Evgeniy Kimstach was a chairman of the village council Voronichskiy, 1958 - 2006 - a chairman of the kolkhoz named after Silnitskiy.
For the performance in work Evgeniy Kimstach was awarded 55 diplomas, four badges "winner of socialist competition," the Gold Medal Exhibition Center, Order of the Red Banner and two Orders of Lenin. In October 8, 1977 he was awarded the title
of honored worker of agriculture of the BSSR and the ГРАМОТА the Supreme Soviet of the BSSR. In 1981 E.I. Kimstach was awarded Hero of Socialist Labor, with the Gold Star.
