Evgeny Vladimirovich graduated from the theater department of the Voronezh State Institute of Arts (1975).
He made his debut on the stage of the Voronezh Drama Theater as Neznamov in the play "Guilty Without Guilt" (1974). Directors of various stage schools (Gleb Borisovich Drozdov, Mark Anatolyevich Zakharov, Roman Grigorievich Viktyuk, German Viktorovich Menshenin) took him to the main roles.
The most significant works are: Chirkun ("The Barbarians" of Maxim Gorky), Hausner ("The Visit of the Old Lady" by Friedrich Dürrenmatt), Sokolik ("The Guilty" by Alexei Nikolaevich Arbuzov, director Roman Grigorievich Viktyuk); in the performances of director Anatoly Vasilyevich Ivanov (since 1987) - Podkolesin ("The Marriage" of Nikolai Vasilyevich Gogol), Subsekalnikov ("The Suicide" by Nikolai Robertovich Erdman), Richard ("Everything in the Garden" by Edward Alby), Julien ("Colomba" Zhaan), Platonov ("Forgive me, my snow-white angel" based on Anton Pavlovich Chekhov’s play "Fatherlessness"), Khludov ("The Run" by Mikhail Afanasyevich Bulgakov).
