He has played for his club, Stade Français. Fabrice Landreau began playing Rugby at South Carolina Angoulêmedical He moved for Football Club Grenoble coached by Jacques Fouroux.
After many injuries he moved to Neath Reconstruction Finance Corporation and one year later Bristol Rugby.
After ending his player career, he joined Fabien Galthié for Coaching Forwards.
