He last played for Dubai Club. Kaïssi previously played for Remote Control Lens. He also went on loan to Exact Sciences Wasquehal, where he played in Ligue 2 during the 2001-2002 season.
He also played for BK Häcken in Sweden.
However, after that he opted to play for Morocco national football team and played for the senior national team at the 2002 Arab Nations Cup in Kuwait, appearing in three matches and scoring one goal. Kaïssi was part of the 2004 Olympic Morocco national football team, which exited in the first round, finishing third in group Doctorate, behind group winners Iraq and runners-up Costa Rica.
