Fedor Sergeevich Volokhov

Fedor Sergeevich was born on the 07th of July, 1912 in the village of Bolsheroitetskoe Novooskolsky district of Kursk province. From the family of non-manual workers.

Education

Fedor Sergeevich graduated from the Agronomy Faculty of the Voronezh Agricultural Institute in 1935.

Career

Fedor Sergeevich worked for several years in Siberia and then in Voronezh. Since 1938 he was the head of the department in the editorial office of the Young Communard since 1940 he held the position of the executive secretary of the editorial board of the literary Voronezh almanac. Fedor Sergeevich is the Member of the Great Patriotic War. He was in a post as the Head of the Department of Literature and Art in the editorial office of the newspaper Kommuna since 1948. Since 1958 he held the post of Own correspondent of the Moscow newspaper "Literature and Life" in the Central Chernozem. From December 1959 to 1973 he was an Editor-in-chief of the magazine "Ascent". VOLOKHOV Fedor Sergeevich began to be published since 1936.
