Fedor Alekseevich Golovin was born in 1650.

Career

Fedor Golovin was a participant of the Azov campaigns of 1695-1696. He supervised the Yamskiy order and the Armory Chamber (since 1697), the Golden and Silver Chambers. Since 1701 he was the Head of the Navigational School. He was at least 3 times in Voronezh, he had his own house there. In 1700 he participated in the launching ceremony of the "Predestinatsia".

Achievements

In 1689 he concluded the Treaty of Nerchinsk with China. In 1699, together with Peter I, negotiated contracts with Saxony and Denmark, then commanded a fleet that left Voronezh for Azov before the Kerch mission.
