Career
He is a featured at the Stanford University-based radio station, KZSU. Friendly Traveler started out in the mid 90"s as a hip hop producer. With his colleague Ainzboogie, the tandem of producers was known as Hidden Artifacts: Findas of Lost Beats. In 1996, they started their own record label, Distorted Echo Recordings.
During this time, Friendly Traveler collaborated with Bay Area-based emcee, LT, and formed the duo, LT & the Friendly Traveler.
LT & the Friendly Traveler released an European Parliament (Equilibrium) in 2000 and a full-length album (Most Likely) in 2002. During the recording of Most Likely.., Friendly Traveler began to Being a self-taught caught the attention of Kevvy Kev, the host of KZSU"s hip-hop show, The Drum.
Friendly Traveler soon became a resident and is now an integral part of the show. In 2006, he was commissioned to compose original music for the feature film X"s and O"son
X"s & O"s (2007) KZSU - featured on The Drum and MHZ with Raymundo.
