Director of workshops in the Ingenio Velarde (today Compania Unificada) under the technical director of Luis Soux. 1892-1904; invented sifting machine to concentrate ore (received silver medal, 1908). Invented machine to concentrate tin ore (received silver medal, 1909).
Made small-scale reproductions in wood of wooden machines used by first Spanish immigrants to crush minerals, and similar reproductions of modern machines, for the celebration of the 4th centenary of the discovery of Cerro Rico and the foundation of Potosí, 1945. Has made bronze statues of Alonso de Ibáñez, Juan Manuel Calero, José A. Zampa. Member Society Vicuñas (founder, president), Comité Obrero del Partido Republicano.
