Robertson, Felix Huston was born on March 9, 1839 in Washington, Texas, United States. Son of General Jerome B. and Mary E. (Cummins) Robertson.

Education

Educated United States Military Academy, 1857-1861. Resigned from West Point, January 1861. Special studies in engineering and law.

Career

2d, Elizabeth Dwyer, November 10, 1892. Second Lieutenant C.S.A., March 8, 1861. Rose successively to captain of artillery, lieutenant colonel of artillery and in 1864, made brigadier general of cavalry and assigned to General Joseph Wheeler’s corps.

Served with him until surrender. Admitted to Texas bar, 1876. Farmer, since 1903. Commander Texas Division U.C.V., since 1911.
