Career

Began as teacher, 1903. Instructor home economics, Cornell Univercity, 1907-1911, professor and head of department, since 1911, director College of Home Economics, 1932-1940, emeritus director, since 1940. Assistant home making editor of Delineator Magazine, 1920-1926.

Member Weight Control Conference called by New York Academy of Medicine and American Medical Association, 1924. Former member of New York State Agriculture Committee Made survey of nutrition of Belgian school children at request of King of Belgium, 1923. Dir food conservation program, New York, 1917-1919.
