Wilson, Floyd Baker was born on June 23, 1845 in Watervliet, New York, United States. Son of William H. and Evelyn (Weaver) Wilson.


Bachelor of Arts, University of Michigan, 1871, also A.M. Bachelor of Laws, Cleveland Law College (now Adelbert U.), 1873. (Doctor of Laws, 1901, Richmond College).


Horace G. Cleveland, of Cleveland, O., July 28, 1874. Admitted to bar, 1873. Practiced at Chicago until 1880.

Since then at New York. Specialty corpn. law and Spanish-Am, enterprises. Largely interested in mines in Mexico and placing enterprises in Europe.

President, counsel, Indian Oil Lands Corporation. Vice president counsel Aero-Power Corporation.
