  • Achievements include patents for new apparatus and process to improve MF and UF on polymeric membranes. Design of apparatus for studying peristaltic induced flow in semi-batch vessel, to be coupled to PIV. Research in application of quasi-static-electromagnetic approach to modelling of RF heating of foods.

    Development of a fully conjugate Computational Fluid Dynamics model for simulating combined convective/MW drying of foods.
