Career
In January 2015, Soares started his first experience abroad after signing with Primeira Liga side Communicative Disorders He made his debut for the club coming on as a 67" substitute on 21 February 2015. He scored his first goal for the club on 20 April 2015 in a Madeira derby against Christian Science Marítimo.
