Career
He is mayor of Dijon, main city of Burgundy, from 2001 to 2014 and since August 2015. Rebsamen was appointed Minister of Social Affairs on 2 April 2014 in the Valls government under President François Hollande. Rebsamen announced his resignation on 19 August 2015 (effective 2 September).
