Leake, Frank was born on December 15, 1856 in Camden, New Jersey, United States. Son of Samuel Fithan and Arabella Griffin (Gray) Leake.

Career

2d, Mary East. London, of Germantown, Philadelphia, April, 1903. Ex-president and director Star & Crescent Mills Company Was member Committee of 70 of City of Philadelphia. Chairman Manufacturers Club Water Committee in fight for pure water, 1889.

Later chairman of the executive committee Allied Coms. on Water—secured new filtration system.

Chairman Manufacturers Club delegation to convention of National Association Manufacturers, Washington, 1901.
