Career
His appointment to the position came in late 2009 after the retirement of former Madison County Treasurer Fred Bathon. He was defeated by Republican challenger Kurt Prenzler on November 2, 2010. Treasurer Frank Miles graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 1983 with a Bachelor of Surgery in Government and Public Affairs.
Then in 1988 he earned a Masters of Public Administration again from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
Frank currently lives in Edwardsville, Illinois and was born in Granite City, Illinois.
