He co-founded Harrington Talents in 2000, which is a production company in City Island, Bronx. He is the company"s head producer and a resident director He has also served as a producer on 50 Cent"s independent film Before I Self Destruct.

• Some of his accomplishments include, producing the feature film Doughboys and Blood Night. Mosca has also won the New York Television Festival several times.
