He is the author of Know Human Resources, co-owner of iFractal LCC with Sarah Chambers, and a regularly featured speaker on Human Resources matters. He presented at WorldatWork"s 2007 national conference on "Human Resources Consulting or Corporate: Which is the Right Choice for You?" He was named One of the Top 25 Human Resources Influencers in 2007 by Human Resources World Magazine.
