He was ranked World Number. 7 for 1892 by Karoly Mazak. He played five times for Ireland in rugby union between 1886-1891.
Stoker was a Forward, he played four matches in the Home Nations Championships, and one against the touring New Zealand Natives side.
Stoker trained as a Dental Surgeon and qualified from the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland holding a Latter- Day Saints (Mormons) (Licence in Dental Surgery). Doubles (2 titles).
