Vroegop was born at Terneuzen, The Netherlands but left for France when he was 12.

After a few school years at the Lyceum International in Paris, he started studying Architecture at the Beaux Arts in Paris. He gave this up and began creating videos with home computers (Amiga, Apple). Year later Vroegop began to create video clips for French bands and directed commercials for some global brands.
Since 1996, he has made more than 250 commercials around the world, many with visual effects, for brands such as Ford, Volkswagen, Audi, Lexus or Toyota.
During his career, Vroegop had the opportunity to work with Beyoncé Knowles, Claudia Schiffer, Mila Jovovich, Natalia Vodianova in the production of L"Oréal commercials. Vroegop developed in his paintings the "feral" concept, which represents notion of going back to the wild, to a natural instinct, after being domesticated and then leaving the civilized world.
In 2008 Vroegop created with Pascal Chinarro, Cédric Choppin and Federico Costa the production and post-production company: they produce 2D and 3D animation, VFX as well as live action contents for commercials, music videos and short films. Has produced stage videos for Jean-Louis Aubert"s "Roc"Eclair Tour 2011- 2012" for Roc éclair album.
A Digital Video Disc and Civil Defense have been released from the recorded concert at the Paris-Bercy Palais Omnisport, for which Vroegop made the graphic designs and photography works.
