In 1990, a successor to that 1940 firm joined with the law firm of Teller, Chaney & Derivaux, which had been founded in 1930 as Vollor & Teller, and later became Vollor, Teller & Biedenharn. Those two well established firms now bear the name of Teller, Martin, Chaney & Hassell and are composed of the present members.
