He has three victories on the Nationwide Tour and has had finished runner-up on four occasions in Professional Golf Association Tour events.
He played golf at the University of Georgia from 1989 to 1991 and was named an All-American in 1991. He played on the 1991 Walker Cup team Langham played on the Professional Golf Association Tour in 1996, 1998-2002 and 2005 and on the Nationwide Tour in 1993-1995, 1997, 2003-2004 and 2006-2008.
He best finish on the Professional Golf Association Tour money list was 26th in 2000.
His best finish at a major was 7th place at the 2000 Professional Golf Association Championship. The 2008 season saw Langham enter a slump and struggle on the Nationwide Tour.
He accepted an invitation to the American Telephone & Telegraph Company Classic on the Professional Golf Association Tour and on the opening day Langham took a 13 on his first hole, the par-5 10th, and continued to shoot a 50 on the back 9. He managed to finish 17 holes before the rain delay left him +22 with only one hole remaining in his opening round.
Langham withdrew the following morning, citing an "unspecified injury".
