Participated in 1905 Revol in Warsaw. Warsaw dclcg, 5th (London) Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Congress. Repeatedly arrested In Tsarist authorities.
1914 drafted into the army. Member, soldiers’ revol movement. 1917 elected member, Bolshevik faction, 2nd Army Committee.
September 1917 attended All-Russian Democratic Conference in Petrograd. Elected member, Preparliament. Together with Bolshevik faction left Preparliament.
At 2nd Congress of Soviets elected member, All-Russian Central Executive Committee. Early 1918 went to Poland. Member, Warsaw Committee, Social-Democralie Party of Poland and Lithuania
Helped organize Soviet of Workers’ Deputy. Worked illegally, repeatedly subjected to arrests. December 1918 at 1st (Amalgamativc) Congress of Social-Democratic Party of Poland and Lilh and Polish Socialist Party elected member, Central Committee, Communist Workers’ Party of Poland (from 1925 Communist Party Poland).
Attended all Congresses and Conferences of Communist Party Poland. May 1925 arrested; 1928 with other political prisoners exchanged by Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Government. In Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics worked for Communist International, Profintem, International Revol Fighters Assistance Organisation
1924 at 5th Communist International Congress elected member, Communist International Executive Committee. 1937 arrested by State Security organs.
Member, Social-Democratic Party of Poland and Lith from 1904.
