Met David Montgomery, 1895, and associated with him as partner for 22 years.
Played vaudeville, Palace Thearte, London, England., 1899, Herald Square Theatre, New York, 1901. Scored success as the Scarecrow, in Wizard of Oz, 1902, and as Con Kidder, in The Red Mill, 1906.
Toured as Henry Clay Baxter, in The Old Town. Played in Jack o’Lantern, 1918-1919, 20, 21.
Has been in pictures, since 1934, appearing in Trail of the Lonesome Pine, My American Wife, Grand Jury, Hideaway, Quick Money, Life Begins in College, Number Place to Go.
